How can I assign different bandwidth per media stream, I [saw an old presenstion](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2gLy4QRK9k&feature=youtu.be) that modified the SDP directly to achieve that. Is that method still needed in 2020?

The only way to control SDP in mediasoup (that I found) in such a way is to create a new factory, that seems like overkill to me.
