# VP9 SVC screensharing not working with Chrome 92

In our application, we have found that starting on Chrome 92, VP9 SVC simulcast stopped working for screensharing, while using VP8 it works. We think maybe there has been some change on the (undocumented and hacky) way Chrome 92 enable VP9 SVC without browser flags. Has someone faced similar issues? Searching in the forums I’ve only found a couple of topics ([Chrome and VP9 SVC support](https://mediasoup.discourse.group/t/chrome-and-vp9-svc-support/779) and [VP9 SVC seems to be broken in latest Chrome](https://mediasoup.discourse.group/t/vp9-svc-seems-to-be-broken-in-latest-chrome/2686)), but seems they could be related to older Chrome versions… Any clue about how to proceed?
