mediasoup 3.3.5 released (fixes a TCP related crash)

mediasoup 3.3.5 has been released. It fixes a crash that happens when using RTC over TCP in CPU high usage scenarios.

Upgrade is highly recommended.

BTW a similar fix has been applied in mediasoup 2.6.18.
