I updated to the latest version (3.5.2) and I could not reproduce the issue any more so it seems to be fixed. 
Will make sure after getting user feedbacks.

Are you using Chrome74 handler in mediasoup-client 3.5.2 with mediasoup 3.5.2 and the issue no longer happens?

Yes I’m using Chrome74 + mediasoup-client 3.5.2 + mediasoup 3.5.2:
Super great! So it seems that using the MID RTP extension is the way to go to make Chrome/libwebrtc happy when using Unified-Plan (so Chrome74 handler).
