can rtpCapabilities be reused across routers?

Hey all,
I’m wondering if router.rtpCapabilities get generated purely based on the routerOption object we passed in when creating the router. If that’s the case, given two routers with the same routerOption, can I use device.rtpCapabilites generated using router A’s rtpCapabilities when creating a consumer on router B?
