mediasoup 3.7.0 released which makes Rust support official

mediasoup 3.7.0 comes with full Rust support, so now you can choose whether to run mediasoup in Node or Rust.

mediasoup-rust brings the same powerful C++ SFU to the Rust ecosystem and shares design philosophy with the mediasoup Node.js module.
