New Rust release?

Hello,

I was wondering if it’d be possible to get a new release of mediasoup for rust - the current release is from February 15, and there’s been a bunch of fixes to the worker since that would be great to have. Ideally with #1182 merged.

@nazar-pc you think it makes sense to have a new Rust release? or better wait for flatbuffers?

I think we can make a release. Ideally I’d not be the only person that can do it BTW :slightly_smiling_face:
I’ll try to ship it this week.
