After the release of version 3.14.12, the types were not resolved, but in version 3.14.11 working fine for the types
That’s why there is also mediasoup 3.14.13 
I have tried version 3.14.13, but it still doesn’t exist
Please open an issue in GitHub detailing what exactly is not present in types in last version. I will fix on Monday.
