Need help building re-encoder using libmediasoupclient

Hi,

We are looking for a freelancer that can assist in scaling our mediasoup implementation. Specifically, we need to implement a re-encoder using libmediasoupclient to enable large scale livestream (one broadcaster, multiple viewers as described in the red box @ https://mediasoup.org/documentation/v3/scalability/).
