No error of any kind when camera is unplugged

Hi everyone,

First, thanks for this very useful library!

We just discovered that when I send my camera stream with a pluggable camera and that I unplug my camera while streaming, there is no error sent at all in my inspector and the camera simply goes black.

Is there a way to detect if a camera is unplugged?

track “ended” event and Producer “trackended” events.
