SendSideBWE or REMB

I found there was SendSideBWE and also REMB code in the MediaSoup deps.libwebrtc,

  1. the code is which version of WebRTC?
  2. SendSideBWE or REMB, which was used in MediaSoup latest version? And Since Which Version?

That’s is work in progress. Please don’t use it. Once we do it we’ll announce it.

So now the congestion control is base on MediaSoup’s own research, such as TransportCongestionControlClient, is that right?
And which congestion control algorithm do you use?
