Consumer layer switching reduces or increases video resolution

Hi Team,

I am using three simulcast encodings of maxBitrate 50000, 100000, 300000. And whenever video consumer layer switches between these encodings the consumer side video resolution icreases or decreases. How can i have the same resolution(width and height) even in consumer layer switching.

This is a generic WebRTC related question, sorry. The encoding happens in the video sender, and it’s up to you how to configure it given browser/libwebrtc capabilities.
