Flutter mediasoup Client Update: Chrome M140 Fix + PCMU/PCMA Codec Support

Chrome M140 Video Sending Bug
The recent Chrome M140 update introduced a video sending issue that affected Flutter applications. This update resolves that problem, restoring normal video transmission functionality.

PCMU (G.711 μ-law) and PCMA (G.711 A-law) Support
We’ve added support for PCMU and PCMA codecs, which are essential for VoIP telephony integration and AI voice applications. This is particularly useful if you’re building:

• VoIP telephony systems with mediasoup
• AI voice agents that need to interface with traditional telephony networks
• Applications requiring compatibility with SIP systems
• Voice AI applications that need wide codec support

These codecs provide compatibility with legacy telephony infrastructure while maintaining the flexibility of mediasoup’s media routing capabilities.
