As shown at Mafalda SFU perpetual beta (AKA 1.0), Mafalda SFU has achieved 1.0 status 
At How to scale EduMeet (or any Mediasoup application) with Mafalda SFU - Mafalda SFU I’ve written a detailed blog post about how Mafalda SFU can be integrated in current Mediasoup-based applications, both for vertical, horizontal or combined scalability.
