What has changed mostly since mediasoup@3.10.8; that's important to note?

I mostly use Mediasoup for streaming audio/video; I utilize pipetransports galore to scale large rooms. I can’t complain but with my version so out of date I don’t really know what I’m missing out on if it’d be an ideal upgrade to test the latest.

Is there a summary on all the new stuff.
